the doormen were attentive and cute i was impressed by their courteousness. the hotel car service was efficient with brian driving safely to my destinations. roxane daniel and lamar demonstrated really good care and attention to detail. the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of high quality foods.
a minor issue was the delay in receiving requested toiletries one evening it took longer than expected.

The hotel is modern and clean. I found the bathroom facilities to be excellent. my room had enough space, and i appreciated the water dispenser. It simplified traveling with my water bottle. the location is convenient, especially its proximity to green park tube station, it's very handy! i enjoyed the food and the diverse cocktails.
The noise from the downstairs bar was noticeable at night. This was a slight disturbance since my room was on the second floor.

I was very impressed with the architectural details used throughout the hotel. The modernity really stood out and it felt less stuffy than other places I have stayed. The staff was kind. Their attentiveness enhanced the overall experience. Dovetail restaurant is superb. I found the beef carpaccio especially noteworthy.
I noticed some excessive noise coming from the street outside. It slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere within my room.
